Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 Movie Review

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 Movie Review

Ok, so I'm going to review one of my favorite horror movies of all time. The Tobe Hooper directed Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. Now for me. And I will be hammered for this. I don't care. This was so much more entertaining to me than the original "classic" that everybody loved. This movie has a great cast Dennis Hopper, Bill Moseley, Caroline Williams, and make up effects by the great Tom Savini. Now this movie stars Caroline Williams as a radio disc jockey who captures a chainsaw murder on the radio. Well, after reading about the Texas Ranger Dennis Hopper she looks him up and he convinces her to play it on the radio. Well, this leads to a great scene in horror history between Caroline Williams and Bill Moseley as Chop Top. A now horror iconic character. Ex-vet who scratches the dead flesh away from his metal plate in his head and eats it. Your thinking wtf? Yep, trust me. Just go with it. Its tremendous. Then comes the creepy erotic exchange between Leatherface and the disc jockey in a old freezer. In which he essentially rubs her with the chainsaw in her privates. Wow. Then comes Dennis Hopper who buys chainsaws and then goes through a series of slamming them down on a log over and over again. Now, this was at one time of the goriest if not the goriest movie I could remember seeing. With lotsa of blood. A partial beheading with the top of the head sliding off while the guys still driving with blood squirting out. A brutal beating with a hammer. In which the guys lives only to die after he's bleed to damn much from having his face and part of his torso's skin pulled off. This movie might be considered by many to be terrible. But, it had great elements of a true terror movie. Tort
ure porn before torture porn. It is a highly under rated movies and would make any top 20 list of my favs of all time. The uncle is insane as a caterer that uses human meat to win the best Texas chili award yearly. Dennis Hopper screams and waves chainsaws. And cuts out the uncles hem's. lol. Watch the movie you will know what I mean. This to me is a much own for horror fans. 4.5 out of 5 axes.
