Ok, so this looks like I Know What You Did Last Summer Part 4 (yes, there is a part 3 and I didn't make it through 20 minutes of it and sadly I actually enjoyed the first two). This is your typical somebody dies and they decide to hide it and somebody comes back and kills everybody. Notably, Carrie Fisher from Starwars is in this.
